Yummy Masala Dosa Recipe + Gujarati Thali at Prashad Vegetarian Restaurant, Drighlington, Bradford.

We are very much honoured – because in this video we finally get to visit the renowned Prasad Vegetarian Restaurant. The very same restaurant that became world famous when they were finalists in “Celebrity Chef” Gordon Ramsey’s Channel 4 television programme “Britain’s Best Restaurant”.

We are very much privileged because Chef patrons’ Bobby & Minal Patel share their recipe secrets of making their restaurant’s Gujarati version of the “South Indian Street Food staple”: Masala Dosa.

We also get a glimpse into how they plate up their delicious Gujarati Thali.

As a bonus we get to hear a few words from the man himself (Bobby), saying what inspires him to work 80 hours a week.

We must also say that even though there are an abundance of Indian, Pakistan & Afghanistan restaurants in Bradford…….Pure Vegetarian Restaurants’ such as this are like an oasis in the “epicurian foodie paradise” that is Bradford.

Recipe ingredients are:
* Mustard seeds.
* Whole cumin seeds.
* Curry leaf.
* Turmeric powder.
* Garam masala.
