The detailed ingredients & method for this recipe are as below:
1 Cup Quinoa
1) In a pan, dry roast quinoa till they start popping.
2) Once all quinoa are popped, keep them aside and cool upto room temperature.
3) In a mixer jar, churn the popped quinoa till they become flour consistency.
4) Add in any flour preparation for high protein content.
