Vegan “pepperonis” and Daiya cheese were bought at Sprouts

Pizza dough:
1 packet active dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing bowl, dough ball and crust
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups all- purpose flour, plus more for dusting your work surface
1 cup slightly warm water

Vegan cashew ricotta:
2 cups raw cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours, then drained
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup plain non-dairy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tbsp dried basil
⅓ cup fresh chives
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
