RECIPE #1 – Mushroom Peas soupy meal

Ingredients: ( for #1 – Mushroom Peas soupy meal )

1/3 cup – Mushroom ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – peas
1 tbsp – corn ( sweet corn )
a pinch – garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp – rice
1/2 cup – water
1 tsp – oil
1/8 tsp – salt
Spice powders: ( 1/8 tsp – turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp – pepper powder,
1/2 tsp – coriander powder )

RECIPE #2 – Cheese dosa/pancake

Ingredients: ( for #2 – cheese dosa )

1/2 cup – dosa batter ( or any pancake batter)
1/4 cup – bell pepper ( capsicum ) chopped
2 tsp – oil
1/2 cup – cheese shreds ( mozzarella or any cheese )
1 tbsp – coriander leaves or parsley ( chopped )

RECIPE #3 – Spinach dal ghee rice

Ingredients: ( for #3 – Spinach dal ghee rice )

1 tsp – ghee ( clarified butter )
2 Tbsp – dal ( moong dal / split yellow lentil )
1 Tbsp – rice ( basmati rice )
1/2 cup – spinach ( chopped )
1 tbsp – spring onion / green onion ( chopped)
1/8 tsp – salt ( a pinch )
1/8 tsp – pepper

RECIPE #4 – Aloo Paratha (potato flatbread)
Ingredients: ( for #4 – Aloo paratha)

2 – Potato ( boiled, peeled & mashed )
1 – Onion ( chopped )
1 pinch – garlic ( chopped or crushed )
2 tsp – coriander leaves (chopped)
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
1/2 tsp – cumin powder
1/4 tsp – salt ( or to taste )

For paratha / flatbread dough:
1 Cup – Atta ( wheat flour )
1/4 tsp – salt
1 tsp – oil
water ( as needed to make a soft dough )

RECIPE #5- Veg Risoni pasta

Ingredients: ( for #5 – Veg Risoni pasta )

1/2 cup – chopped vegetables ( carrot, peas,
beans, corn )
1/4 cup – tomato ( chopped )
1 cup – water
2 tbsp – risoni pasta ( any tiny pasta )
1 tsp – tomato sauce / ketchup
1/8 tsp – salt
1/8 tsp – pepper
1 tsp – oil
1 tsp – coriander leaves or parsley ( chopped)

RECIPE #6 – Mushroom Peas Upma

Ingredients: ( for #6 – Mushroom peas upma )

1 tsp – oil
1 tbsp – spring onion / green onion ( chopped)
1/4 cup – peas
2 tbsp – semolina / rava ( or bulgar or couscous)
1/3 cup – mushroom ( chopped)
1 tsp – coriander leaves
1/4 cup – tomato (chopped)
1/3 cup – water
1/8 tsp – salt
Spice powders : ( 1/8 tsp – turmeric powder,
a pinch – chilli powder
1/2 tsp – coriander powder )
