Healthy Corn Chat: Low fat Corn chat is a healthy way of enjoying the spicy and tangy Corn chat.

Ingredient Measure Units
Corn seeds 1 Cup
Onions (chopped) 1/2 Cup
Chopped tomatoes (Chopped) 1/2 Cup
Cucumber (chopped) 1/2 Cup
Pea nuts (Boiled) 1/2 Cup
Coriander (Chopped) 1/2 Bunch
Green chilies 3-4 Number
Mint chutney 2 Tsp
Chat masala 1/4 Tsp
Dates (chopped) 1/4 Cup
Lime juice 1/2 Tsp
Bread (sliced) 2 Number

Directions — Method:

1. In bowl add corn seeds, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, boiled pea nuts, chopped coriander, chopped green chilies, mint chutney, chat masala, chopped dates , lime juice and mix well
2. Finally add bread slices which have been roasted on a tawa mix well and serve.
