1 x drained tin chick peas (425g tin)
1 x drained tin cannellini beans (425g tin)
2 large cloves garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbs tahini
1/4 – 1/2 cup drained liquid from tinned beans and chickpeas (more or less depending on the thickness you prefer)
paprika, cumin seeds, chick peas etc
