No Oil Hummus Recipe – Quick and Easy!



Today I show you how to make the best vegan hummus ever!

This quick and easy no oil hummus recipe is rich, creamy and full of flavor! Best of all it is 100% plant based vegan with no cholesterol.

Eat as a snack, take to parties or even pack in your lunch box for a quick and easy meal that is healthy for you and packs a delicious flavor punch that both kids and adults alike will love 🙂

Recipe by Cooking With Plants

Ingredients:

1 x drained tin chick peas (425g tin)
1 x drained tin cannellini beans (425g tin)
2 large cloves garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbs tahini
1/4 – 1/2 cup drained liquid from tinned beans and chickpeas (more or less depending on the thickness you prefer)

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS:
paprika, cumin seeds, chick peas etc
