Mutton Pepper Fry is a very spicy yet Delicious Starter which Is a Kerela Style Recipe and has a lot of masalas and Flavours in it with some nice soft Mutton.

350 Grams Mutton (Pre-Boiled in a pressure cooker up to 3-4 whistles and marinated in curd for 20 min)
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
2 Medium Onion (Long Julienne)
2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2-3 Green Chilli (Slit Vertically)
Salt according to your taste
1.5 Tsp Garam Masala
1.5 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
0.5-1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi
2 Tbsp Freshly Crushed Black Pepper
2 Tsp Lime Juice
1 Small Cup of Water

FOR TEMPERING/TADKA
1 Tsp Ghee/Clarified Butter
Handuful Of Curry Leaves
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves

FOR GARNISH
Thin Sliced Onion Rings
Lemon Slices
