Parathas are whole-what Indian flat-bread, a staple bread in North Inda. It can be made plain or stuffed with different nutritious fillings. Egg Paratha is one of the wonderful recipe for Breakfast. It is a favorite at our home and I make very frequently. The hot Parathas just off the stove top with a light smeading of ghee on top, tastes heavenly with raitha, pickles or sauces.
It is prepared with the combination of beaten egg, wheat flour, salt and spices.

Wheat Flour Dough
4 Eggs
1 finely chopped Onion
1 finely Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
4 chopped Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Chat masala powder
Salt to taste
