1 tsp – adrak lehsun paste( ginger garlic paste)
1/4 tsp – haldi
1 tsp – kasoori methi
1/2 tsp – dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp – kashmiri lal mirch
Salt
Dhaniya patta
3 – green chillies

Paneer chilli.:-

Paneer – Dhai saw gm (2 1/2 gm)
2 – Medium onion
5 – Green Chilli
20 – lehsun ki kaliya
1 tsp – Ginger
2 tbsp – refined oil
1/2 tsp – Kashmiri lal mirch powder
3 tsp – chilli sauce
3 tsp – tomato sauce
3 tsp – soya sauce
Salt
Dhaniya patta
Butter – 1 tsp
