Tilvadi is eaten in India specially in the month of January.. Here is a quick n easy recipe of crispy n crunchy Tilachi vadi .. Go through the video and text and practice it once or twice.. And i m sure u can get lots of appreciation from all ! Quick and Crispy Tilachi Vadi Ingredients – 1 tsp ghee, 1 small cup ( small wati) sugar, small cup lightly toasted Sesame seeds Process – In nonstick pan put 1tsp ghee . After melting the ghee add sugar. Let the sugar melt till it caramelizes. Add sesame seeds. Stir constantly. When it mixes properly., put it on flat, greased surface. Very quickly roll it till very thin. Immediately cut into square pieces.
