Chole Masala Recipe | Pressure Cooker Chole | Easy Chana Masala | Q&E Recipes



Thank you for visiting my Q&E Recipes channel. I upload video every week and focus on healthy south Asian as well as American dishes. Choley or chickpeas masala is very famous north Indian dish. Here I have shared with you very simple way of making this at home.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas(chole/kabuli chana)- 1cup
(Soak it in normal water for 7-8 hours or overnight)
Chopped onion- 1(medium)
Chopped tomato-1(medium)
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Whole garam masala 3 cardamum, 2 bay leaves, 2 Cinnamon sticks
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Kasoori methi 2 tablespoon
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Coriander leaves- for garnishing
13 Cup of water
