Tomato-3 big Pureed
Onion-2 (grind to smooth paste)
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tblspn
Green chilli-2
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Red Chilli Powder-1 tspn
Coriander Powder-1 tspn
Roasted Cumin powder-1/4 to 1/2 tspn
Garam masala-1/2 tspn
Kasuri methi-1/2 tspn
Butter-2 tblpsn
Cashewnut&milk paste-make a paste of 5 cashewnuts and 3-4 tblspns of milk
Coriander leaves
