How To Make Bengali Garam Masala | Homemade & Shahi Garam Masala Recipe – In Bengali



Garam masala is a blend of ground spices . It is one of the most important masalas used in most Indian food dishes.This is like a Jaadu ki Jhapi for the tasty food.

Ingredients:-

Bengali Garam Masala

Cinnamon stick – 3 inch long 1 stick
Cloves – 1 tbsp
Green Cardamon – 1 1/2 tbsp

Shahi Garam Masala

Cinnamon stick – 3 inch long 3 stick
Cloves – 1 tbsp
Green Cardamon – 1 1/2 tbsp
Mace (Javetri)- 1 pieces
Black Cardamon – 1 pieces
Nutmeg (Jaefle) – 1/2 pieces
Bay Leave – 1 leaves
