Bengali Chirer Pulao/ Polao/poha (Rice flakes Pulao) is a sweet and savory breakfast treat, also a good option for breakfast & afternoon snack . Chirer Pulao is the Bengali version of Poha. This quick breakfast recipe is cooked with vegetables and dry fruits.

Ingredients :-

Rice Flakes/ Chire – 2 cups
Potato – 1 cup
Curry leaves 2 tbsp
Dry red chili – 1
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Turmeric and Chili Powder – ¼ tsp
White oil – 1 tbsp
Nuts – 2 tbsp
