Ingredients :
500 gm spinach
2 medium size potatoes
4 big tomattoes
4 green chillies
15 cloves of garlic
1 ” piece of ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil/ghee/butter
1tsp jeera
2 bay leaves
