Roadside Chicken Corn Soup Recipe By Food Fusion

Chicken Corn Soup Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Sweets corn kernels boiled 1 & ½ Cups
-Chicken with bones 500 gms
-Pani (Water) 2-3 litres or as required
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Chinese salt 1 tsp (Optional)
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp (optional)
-Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
-Pani (Water)
-Arrowroot powder or corn flour ½ Cup or as required
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Green Chilies in Vinegar:
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 8-10
Assembling:
-Chicken corn soup
-Soy sauce
-Chili sauce
-Green chilies in vinegar
-Shredded chicken
-Boiled egg
-Papri
-Sweet corns
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed

Directions:
-In grinder,add sweet corn kernels and grind coarsely.
-In pot,add chicken,water,ginger garlic paste,salt and black pepper crushed,mix well and bring it to boil, occasionally skimming off any foam that comes to the surface,cover and cook on low flame for approx. 1 hour.
-Remove cooked chicken pieces and set aside stock for later use.
-Shred chicken flesh and discard bones.
-In chopper,add shredded chicken and chop well.
-In chicken stock,add shredded chicken,grinded corns,chinese salt and chicken powder,mix well and cook on low flame for 30 minutes and keep stirring in between.
-Gradually add the beaten eggs and keep stirring.
-In water,dissolve arrowroot powder and mix well.
-Gradually add dissolve arrowroot and keep stirring the soup constantly.
-Add salt and mix well.
-Cook on low flame until desired consistency.
Green Chilies in Vinegar:
-In saucepan,add vinegar and bring it boil,add green chilies and mix well,cook for 1-2 minutes and let it cool.
-In serving bowl,add chicken corn soup,soy sauce,chili sauce,green chilies in vinegar,shredded chicken, boiled egg,papri,sweet corns,green onion leaves and sprinkle black pepper crushed & serve hot.

-Pot mein chicken,pani,adrak lehsan paste,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur bech bech mein jhag ko bahir nikaltay rahein aur dhak ker approx. 1 hour kliya halki ancch per paka lein.
-Cooked chicken pieces ko bahir nikal lein aur stock ko bad mein use kerna kliya side per rakh dein.
-Chicken ko shred ker lein aur bones ko pheek dein.
-Chopper mein shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Chicken stock mein shredded chicken,grinded corns,chines salt aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 30 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Thora thora ker ka pheetay huwa anday dal dein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Pani mein arrowrrot powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka dissolve arrowroot daltey jayein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Halki ancch per desired consistency anay tak paka lein.
Green Chilies in Vinegar:
-Saucepan mein sirka dal ker ubal lein,hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur thanda ker lein.
-Serving bowl mein cooked chicken,soy sauce,chili sauce,green chilies in vinegar,shredded chicken, boiled anda,papri,sweet corns aur hara pyaz dal dein,kali mirch crushed spinkle karein & garam serve karein.
