Ingredients

For curry with whole milk

eathapzham-1/2 cup chopped
milk-1 cup or as needed
Sugar-as needed
Salt-2 pinch

For curry with coconut milk

Ethapazham-1/2 up chopped
Small onion-1 small onion
Green chilli-1
Curry leaves-few
Thick Coconut milk-1 cup
Sugar
Salt-2 pinch
Ghee-1/4 tspn

For omelette

Eggs-4
Onion-half of 1 small
Green chilli=2
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Salt
Oil

Bread as needed
