Salt to Taste

Oil 2 tsp
Ghee ½ tsp
Hing (asafoetida) little
Nutmeg Powder little
Mustard Seeds + Cumin Seeds ¼ tsp
Some Peanut,
Sugar Little,
Grated Ginger ½ tsp
Bay Leaves 1
Red Chillies 2
Cardamom 2
Beans + Carrot + Capsicum 1 cup
